Many foreigners wishing to come to Rwanda have benefited from the department’s online Visa application procedures, something that bodes well with the country’s status as an ideal  investment destination. I encourage other public and private institutions to pick a leaf from the Immigration office and make good use of the opportunities that have come with the digital era.  Innocent MusoniKimihurura
