Editor,I was delighted to read a story in The New Times, February, 17, titled "Kagame receives Indian minister.”It is very encouraging to see our two Governments take many pro-active steps to strengthen the bonds of friendship and collaboration thereby enhancing trade, tourism and investments between the two countries.There has been a marked increase in commercial activity in recent months that has resulted in a win-win situation for both parties.The "Study Rwanda Programme” which will be launched in India shortly, will lead to an even greater co-operation between India and Rwanda - the land of a thousand hills and a million smiles!Clarence Fernandes
