NGOMA — All the 14 Sector Executive Secretaries across Ngoma district monday left the district for Nkumba , in Burera district, Northern Province, to attend one-month solidarity training.

Jean-Baptiste Bizimungu, Ngoma district Executive Secretary told The New Times on Monday that the training would help improve service delivery to the people.

He appealed to the sector leaders to, "follow attentively all what they will be taught so that it can help them and the government in service delivery.”

Bizimungu called upon officials who would take charge of Sector affairs during the month-long absence of sector leaders, to responsibly take charge of the affairs.
