‘Weekend’ hitmaker, Francis Forongo, popularly known as Yuhi Mic, has revealed that his debut album titled ‘TheBoyDoingThings’ scheduled to be released in August 2023, is nearing completion.

After a successful five-track EP ‘Nizozabo’, Yuhi will bless his fans with a full packed debut album composed of 19 singles and collaborations.

The singer shared that the idea for the album title came from a dream he had when he was 17-years-old. He dreamed of owning his brand called ‘TheBoyDoingThings’ when he finished school but before he knew it, he had developed passion for music. Yuhi then decided to give the brand name to his first album that has a lot of meaning to him.

"The dream I had while I was still in high school didn’t become a reality but when I started working on my album this title kept ringing in my head so I decided it will inspire and remind myself of who I was and who I am actually becoming, " said Yuhi.

"My fans should expect me to take them along with me to beautiful sounds and sweet outstanding melodies. Good music is all that I want to give to them and especially let them know that now is the best way to say that I have started doing music. Just give me time while you take your time to understand my music,” he said.

The singer said music lovers should expect a different artiste from who they used to know, a grown artiste who wants to change and inspire people through good music.
