Kenyan government has formed one of the biggest cabinets in Africa. President Mwai Kibaki named opposition leader Raila Odinga as the new prime minister, after the pair agreed the deal on Saturday in secret talks.

Although many Kenyans will breathe a collective sigh of relief, the large cabinet may not be friendly in terms of resources.
