The former AS Kigali and Police FC attacker has, so far, scored 11 goals this season after netting a brace over the weekend against the youth army side in Ngoma.
"This team was built to win titles and to promote to the first division,” said Songa on Monday.
"We have shown our character from the group stages till now. We feel the big support from fans, club administration, and everyone around this team. Looking at how we performed in these past two quarter final legs against a difficult team like Intare you would see why we’re the fouvarite team to qualify though we have to maintain that consistency.”

The Ngoma based club finished first in the second division Group A, with 44 points in 18 games, 13 points clear ahead of second placed Vision FC.
"No one is going to remember what we’ve done in the groups or in the playoffs if we don’t qualify for the top flight. That’s why we are putting in lots of effort to prevent any disappointment at the end.”
Etoile who was relegated to the second division last season after a disappointing campaign, have shown their superiority this season and are considered by many the front runners to win this year’s league title.
