Editor,It’s indeed encouraging to hear that poverty in Rwanda has dropped by 11.8 percent since 2006, a reduction rate six times faster than what the country achieved between 2000 and 2006, according to the third Integrated Household Living Conditions Survey.However, let us not be swayed away by the figures in the report and relax.
