Editor, IN the recent past, it has become an agonizing experience going through major roads within the city especially during the morning and evening rush hours. The traffic jams have become increasingly pathetic. Miffed motorists and passengers nowadays, spend almost an hour on an ordinarily 30-minute drive. Considering the fact that new cars are being introduced into the country’s roads network every day, I suppose in the next few years, the traffic snarl-ups in Kigali would go downhill.Motorcyclists can also be a nightmare as they don’t seem to follow the traffic rules. The number of vehicles and motorcycles in a comparatively small city like Kigali must be controlled now. Or else, our city shall soon become like Kampala or Nairobi that are notorious for traffic-clogged roads. Wilber RutaroKigali
