FIFA President Sepp Blatter will make his second visit to Rwanda this year to see the latest football developments in the country.Although the world football boss has not yet indicated the exact dates for his visit, Michel Gasingwa, the Chief Executive Officer of Ferwafa confirmed to Times Sport yesterday that Blatter had confirmed the visit."He (Blatter) will communicate in due course on when he will visit the country but he assured us that he will come this year,” Gasingwa said.In 2005, Blatter made his maiden visit to Rwanda. During the visit, he officially opened the Ferwafa Headquarters.The 75-year-old, who has been at the helm of world football for the last 14 years, is largely credited for developing football structures on the African continent.Early this week, Gasingwa and the Ferwafa president Celestin Ntagungira met Blatter in Zurich.Rwanda has benefited from two FIFA goal projects. The first Fifa Goal Project ($475,000) went into the construction of Ferwafa headquarters while the second helped in the construction of artificial turfs at Ferwafa, Nyamirambo and Rubavu.
