I lived in exile for most of my life and only returned recently. The country has indeed been transformed over the last 17 years. There is rule of law and all Rwandans are united.I believe the blood shed by our brothers and sisters during the liberation struggle was not futile. Since then, we have been able to restore our dignity. While a lot has been achieved in most sectors of the economy, let us try out best to consolidate these accomplishments. All Rwandan citizens should be extolled for their commitment to rebuilding the nation and poverty eradication.Agatha AliRwamagana
