Most of the taxis operating from Nyabugogo to Kimironko have got window screens that cannot be opened, because the handles that are used for opening were removed. As a result, they cannot be opened.

It is in this regard that we appeal to the concerned authorities to look into the matter urgently because this has had a negative impact on the passengers’ health and comfort. And it would be better if tax operators with taxis which don’t have opening mechanisms are penalized so that while passengers are traveling using taxis them, experience some sort of comfort. We thank in advance for looking into this issue as urgent as possible.
