Open letter to Minister of Education

 I was surprised to hear that Nyamaswa Nyakarashi David is now a lecturer at the National University of Rwanda.

 This person claims to be a PhD research scholar to one Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India, in Commerce Department.

He also claims to have completed his MPhil degree, while his PhD research work is to be finalized soon.

All the above claims are wrong.

 Here is the truth about Nyakarashi Nyamaswa David.  What is Correct   Name: WOII Nyamaswa Nyakarashi David  Nationality: Rwandan  Occupation: Military (Rank:WOII)  Qualification: 1998-2001 Bachelors degree in Commerce [Regular]                    2001-2003 Masters in Commerce from Annamalai University [Distance]      What he lies about  -Having an MPhil [Masters of philosophy] degree in commerce, Annamalai University .

  -Being a PhD research scholar, Commerce Department, Annamalai University.

 The truth is that this person was given a scholarship to India by Rwandan Ministry of Defence to do PhD research work in 2005.

 But instead of studying, he spends his time travelling and enjoying the scholarship money that he gets from our Ministry of Defence.

 Thus he has not attained the claimed MPhil degree in Commerce Department of Annamalai University and is not a PhD research scholar in Commerce Department of Annamalai University he is not even a student of Annamalai University.              

I suggest the ministry investigates my claims because I know they are all correct, should remove the above person from our National University of Rwanda.

 He’s not qualified enough to become a university lecturer.

Our ministry of defence should investigate him.

 He should be made to pay back thousands of dollars of our tax-payers’ money that he has wasted in India. 

 And lastly, honourable minister, I thank you for your drive against fake academic transcripts in our academic institutions.

Rwandans, will do all we can to help you achieve the same.
