I am a regular reader of English newspapers and appreciate their role in informing the public on what is happening in the country.

Several government institutions indeed performed well last year, led by the Rwanda Development Board, which has applied a raft of reforms that have eased doing business in the country. 

We look forward to further reforms in 2012 to spur our economy to greater heights and ultimately attain the Vision 2020.
