The national carrier, RwandAir, was in the news throughout, last year, as it sought to boost its activities by embarking on an ambitious expansion programme. RwandAir CEO John Mirenge was on top of the airline’s activities that entailedn among other thingsn acquiring a new modern fleet. RwandAir will be in the local business news as it will have to contend with increasing competition as the battle of African skies hots up, according to African aviation experts.
