Editor,

I am a keen follower of the English Premier League, which I believe is the best in the world. It provides us with more drama and fast paced competition.

While many other leagues take winter and Christmas breaks, soccer fans, during the festive season, have lots of premier league games to watch.

The emergence of Manchester City as a top team has put cracks in the usual top four, that have traditionally included Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.

For some clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool, winning the league is no longer worth talking about, but rather finishing among the big four that qualify for the European Champions League.

Although Manchester City look like the club to win the league, I believe Manchester United still has the edge and class.

You can see from the previous results that Manchester United can grind 3 points when they seemed to be off. On the other hand, Man City has started to get off the rails. In the end, I am very certain that class will be the Red Devils’ ally.
