A year does not pass without reports of fellow citizens suffering the consequences of intoxication and poor judgment. While some accidents are unavoidable, we should do all we can to keep them at a minimum.
Drink responsibly and when you do, don’t drive.
The Kigali City Council has decreed that during this festive season, late night soirees be halted at midnight. However, we challenge the council to enforce the order with good humor and understanding. Let us not forget that we are in the season of goodwill towards all.
