It would be appropriate to respect Kigali city authority after its idea of having all markets in the capital start to operate in the late evening hours.

Closing early in the evening hours does not respect the average customer in Kigali.

The ministry in charge should try to open up markets for customers to access all the hours.

Security is apparently not the problem, why should the entrances to markets in Kigali close that early. Some people have to leave their businesses late in the evening to head for the closed markets. This trend lags business in some business and must stop.
