As the festive season fast approaches, almost every December weekend this year seems to be teeming with album launches. The upcoming weekend is no different, as RnB queen, Knowles launches her debut album ‘Komeza’ at Amahoro National Stadium.

Concurrently, up and coming Hip-Hop artistes DMS and Asher Juno will launch their albums at a concert dubbed ‘Life & Love’ and the ‘Real Talk’ concert at Serena Hotel Kigali.

Though Hip- Hop music is yet to attract a noticeable following in Kigali, the ‘Life & Love’ and the ‘Real Talk’ concert is expected to attract a huge crowd, thanks to the organisers, who will fly in famous East African rappers, Nonini and AY from Kenya and Tanzania, respectively.

Also expected to perform are Rwanda’s lead Hip-Hop artistes Jay Polly, P Fla, Gael, True D, Young Tone and Babou. Dj Bissoso will be there to spin the night away.

Entrance to the concert that begins at 5:00PM is Rwf 5,000 and Rwf 3,000, for VIP seat and ordinary seats, in that order.
