A few years ago, there was talk of building a leisure park in Kigali, especially the area around the man-made lake in Nyarutarama.

If by any chance the concerned authorities read this letter, can they update us on this project?

I am an out-door person and more often, I look for a park to have a bite or have a family picnic.

I hope the project did not die out but rather soon becomes a reality.
