"The best tool to excel in performance contracts is to first of all understand each other…work together as a team and if all this is achieved, everything will be attained,” he said.
"The most important thing you should know is that the people are your clients. Without the people, you cannot be a leader…that’s why they must be valued in all your performance plans”.
Participants vowed to change their mindsets and improve service delivery.
The meeting also revised labour laws and discussed the way forward on construction of 12-year-basic education classrooms, among others.
