Football governing body (FERWAFA) has informed Rayon Sports and Intare FC that their Peace Cup round of 16 return leg match will take place on April 19 at Bugesera Stadium.

The match, which was initially due to take place on March 8, was delayed as Intare was avoiding to face Rayon who, the club claimed, pulled themselves out of the tournament.
However, Ferwafa ruled that the match must be played, a decision that didn’t go well with Intare who told Times Sports that they could appeal against it.

"We may decide to appeal or not but our understanding is that Ferwafa didn’t refer to any rules and regulations while taking that decision,” said club Secretary General Philbert Hagengimana.
Rayon beat Intare 2-1 in the first leg and either winner of the round of 16 will face Police FC in the quarter finals.
