Allow me through your newspaper to react to story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes titled "Harebamungu calls for quality in private varsities.”

Investors in the education sector should not think about money alone but rather quality. The Ministry of Education and Rwanda Education Board must evaluate private universities that wish to set up base in the country in terms of the quality of teaching staff, facilities and equipment and more so research potential.
