Editor,

I don’t remember the last time I watched Amavubi play as well as they did in the ongoing CECAFA tournament in Tanzania.

The team’s fortunes in this year’s tournament are mostly due to the technical expertise of the national team coach, Milutin Micho.

When he had just taken over from Silas Tetteh, he promised good results and discipline.

When one looks at the results he has registered at the CECAFA tournament, he has lived up by his word.

Amavubi has not lost a game in his short tenure, which is reason enough to give us hope.

At the current CECAFA tournament, there is harmony between players. Whether we win the tourney or not, the future seems bright.
