Karega made the remarks while addressing a Diaspora meeting that drew over 250 Rwandans living in South Africa.

The theme of this meeting was, ‘United we win, Divided we fall’. The meeting brought together students, professionals, business operators and Rwandan refugees in South Africa.

During the course of the meeting, video projections on pertinent issues of Rwanda were shown. Videos on the path of Vision 2020, Rwanda’s development as well as the purpose of the cessation clause were presented to the public.
