POLICE handball players are skeptical about their involvement in this year’s East and Central Africa Club Championship after reports that the organisers (Tanzania Amateur Handball Association) are facing financial constraints.

With hardly a week to the tournament, the Association is still Sh9million (approx. Rwf. 4.5m) short of the budget.

Police thrashed APR 28-20 in the final to secure their ticket to the competition. The tournament will run from December 2 to 8.
