I am an ardent fan of football, however, it is only recently that the passion for the local leagues has been ignited. The teams look more competitive and more fans are attending matches.

The media too has given local football wider coverage with the public joining in on the debates. Sponsorship too is beginning to flow in. Let’s keep the momentum it is through promoting local talent that we shall get the best of the sport.
