Sandviken IF new signing Lague Byiringiro could be out for a month after sustaining an injury, Times Sport understands.

Rwanda international, who signed a three-year deal with the Swedish third tier side from APR in February, suffered an unspecified injury in the preseason game against Pitea on March 19 in which he was stretchered off and he has been sidelined since then.

Byiringiro missed his club&039;s 2-1 win over Nordic United on Sunday, April 2, as his club got off to a bright start of the 2023 Swedish Ettan League season.

The 22-year-old attacker could return for Sandvikens home game against Stockholm Internazionale at the Arena Jernvallen on April 22.
