JEAN Claude Gasigwa felt hard-done after yesterday’s first round exit in the third leg of the ITF Men’s Futures at Cercle Sportif in Rugunga.
The country’s top seed got off to a strong start after winning the opening set 6-4 but lost the next two sets (2-6, 5-7) against Luxembourg’s Mike Vermeer.
Earlier in the day, Olivier Nkunda had lost in straight sets 0-6, 1-6 against Australia’s Gerald Melzer.
On court three, Italy’s Sinicropi made light work of Anatole Bizimana after a 1-6, 0-6 straight sets defeat.
