According to the president of the Rwanda Cricket Association Charles Haba, RCA is struggling to get the Rwf 4.4m to cater for the 3 weeks training and the whole duration of the tournament.
"We are sourcing for corporate sponsorship for the 3 weeks training and transport, allowances, participation fees for the team during the tournament,” Haba told Times Sport by phone yesterday.
Six teams that include hosts Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Djobouti, Zanzibar and Rwanda will take part in the 5-day tournament.
