RAYON Sport striker Saidi Abedi Makasi remains a doubt for next Thursday’s Primus League clash against Espoir at Kigali Regional Stadium.

Makasi injured his knee on the eve of last week’s 1-all draw against Nyanza. The blues coach Jean Marie Ntagwabira yesterday said that the striker, who scored in last month’s 3-1 win over Mukura, had not resumed training. "His knee still hurts and it’s hard to judge for how long he will be out,” Ntagwabira said.

The blues are in fifth place with 11 points after a run for three wins, two draws and one defeat.
