In reference to the article published in the New Times N°. 115, of Sunday March 23, 2008 under the sub-title "UNILAK’s fate to be decided”.

Under this article the writer quoted the Senator’s report that indicated, Rwanda Revenue Authority and Social Security Fund had reportedly rejected recruits from this University.

In one case, employees of RRA who had studied at UNILAK are paid less than their counter parts from other universities.

The RRA however would like to put forward the following;
The institution (RRA) pays all graduate employees in accordance to the grades as it is stipulated in its organization structure.
