Time for Murwanashyaka to pay for his sins
Editor, Allow me to react to a story carried by The NewTimes, November, 4, which quoted the Commissioner General for Rwanda Correctional Service Paul Rwarakabije testifying against Ignace Murwanashyaka, the leader of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR). Evidence from Democratic Republic of Congo has proved that Murwanashyaka and his group committed heinous crimes against humanity both in Rwanda and neighbouring DR Congo.

Allow me to react to a story carried by The NewTimes, November, 4, which quoted the Commissioner General for Rwanda Correctional Service Paul Rwarakabije testifying against Ignace Murwanashyaka, the leader of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR).
Evidence from Democratic Republic of Congo has proved that Murwanashyaka and his group committed heinous crimes against humanity both in Rwanda and neighbouring DR Congo.
The message is clear to all FDLR leaders. Whoever commits crimes will ultimately be apprehended to face justice no matter where.
