I wish through your newspaper to add my concern over poor customer services especially in most restaurants and hotels in Kigali. Like other people who complained before me, a lot more needs to be done.

Not only is the service poor, those supposed to care for the customer’s needs keep gossiping even when a customer is seated, waiting patiently.
