Restaurant owners should embrace customer care
Editor, I wish to express my concern and frustration with the poor customer service evident in many restaurants in my home town of Muhanga. Numerous waiters or waitresses at restaurants seem unbothered when a customer walks in, yet we are the main reason why they are still in business. I don’t recall a time when I have been well served. I am not going to expose the restaurants but I am certain this would happen with someone else sooner than later.

I don’t recall a time when I have been well served. I am not going to expose the restaurants but I am certain this would happen with someone else sooner than later.
Appreciating your customers and treating them with respect and dignity would go a long way in improving general service delivery.
