The film ‘The Power of the Message’ is set to premiere at Kigali Serena Hotel on November 13.

In this beautiful film, young and passionate Christians push forth a strong message about Jesus Christ. The film is in Kinyarwanda, with the subtitles are in English.

The film is produced by Christopher Mwungura and directed by Richard Mugwaneza.

"The objective of this movie is to use our God given talent to spread the gospel of God,” Mwungura said.

Mwungura, the main character in the movie, said that the film would be screened in Rubavu at Kivu Serena, Nyagatare and in the Western Province. 

‘The Power of the Message’ is also scheduled to be screened in Bujumbura, Burundi and Bangalore, India, where some of the stars will have an opportunity to visit Bollywood.

On December 4, the movie will be screened at Zion Temple and the casting group will visit orphanages.

The Executive producer of ‘The Power of the Message’ Jean Bosco Kanyandekwe, said he sponsored the film to spread the gospel of God through talent.

"I used my own savings to help people know God. It is all about Jesus Christ the Saviour of mankind.

The power of the message the movie is all about the greatest and most powerful story that has ever been told on planet earth,” Kanyandekwe said.

During a press conference, a trailer of ‘The Power of the Message’ was screened to journalists. It is more than a movie. It is powerful, amazing and truly life-changing. The story has been told before; the message has spread and transformed countless lives across the world.

From Kigali City, right in the heart of Africa, dynamic young Christians who are being used by God to radically change the city of Jesus are seen in this movie telling the ‘awareness story’ about the power of the message to the world that; Jesus Christ is indeed the saviour of mankind.

For young people still searching for the meaning of life, this is the answer. And for people looking for Jesus, this is a must watch film,” Kanyangoga said.
Mugwaneza said: "We are done with the production phase and, we are now in post-production stage. The lighting and sounding of the film is perfect.”

Synopsis
Dreamland Ltd, in association with True Way Entertainment returns to a lighter, glossier vein with this feature film about a Christian youngster Reagan, who leaves his home to a college.

While at school, Reagan joins a group of notorious students, he backslides and starts taking drugs.

However, he returns to God after Christians at his home church pray for him and he becomes very active in serving God. Thereafter, Reagan helps his friends at school to repent and turn to God.
