In yesterday’s issue of The New Times, there was a story about the crack-down on foreign-registered vehicles.
 
There are so many changes regarding this issue and it is in everyone’s interest that the its dealt with conclusively.
 
As part of the East African community, it is bizarre that there is no permanent stand.

It should be debated in Parliament and after wide consultations a decision should be made and put into law.
