I wish to congratulate the Kigali Bus Service (KBS) management for continually improving transport business in the city. The company’s newly acquired fleet of buses are well spaced unlike commuter taxis administered by Atraco.

The company has also become a trailblazer in managing our transport needs by introducing weekly or monthly tickets and taking us up to our last point of destination. Passenger have increasingly been abandoning the badly managed Atraco fleet unless they have no alternative.

With the rising number of passengers during peak hours, KBS needs to add to its fleet to enable us to always travel with comfort.
