I believe each one of us has a pet he/she treasures most. Some of us may prefer having puppies as our favourite pets while other may prefer pussycats, rabbits among others.

Here young Botch tells us Chaka: Please can you introduce your self to us?

Botch: My name is Botch faith.

Chaka: Ha..! It’s a unique name; ok tell us, your favourite pet.

Botch: My favourite pet is a white pussycat.

Chaka: Does it have a name?

Botch: Yes…

Chaka: Can you tell us its name?

Botch: It’s called Nicolas.

Chaka: Ehh...like a name of a person! It’s amazing. Why did you choose a white cat?

Botch: White is my favourite colour.

Chaka: What does Nicolas (cat) do that makes you happy?

Botch: I like the way it stars at me, it cries (Mews) and its funny acts.

Chaka: Is Nicolas a he or a she?

Botch: Nicolas is a He.

Chaka: Why did you choose a He?

Botch: Hi...Hi...Laughs!

Chaka: Aren’t your friends scared of Nicolas?

Botch: No but a good friend to them.

Chaka: Do you share a bed with Nicolas?

Botch: No Nicolas has his own bed but before I go to sleep, I have to make sure that he is sleeping comfortably.

Chaka: Wow! That is good; you really like your pet. How much time do you spend with Nicolas the pet?

Botch: At least 30 minutes a day.

Chaka: Eh..! You are such a caring girl, what is Nicolas’ favourite dish?

Botch: His favourite dish is minced meat, milk, fish and sweets (Roll pops).

Chaka: Ha……..Botch you mean Nicolas eats roll pops? Then he is unique.

Comment: Let me hope you have heard enough from Botch and his pet. If you do not have a pet, better find one. Pets are some of the things that make us happy. Pets are funny, friendly and attractive.
