I have regularly visited several public swimming pools and realised that few have safety measures. I think this is a serious concern and authorities should look into this.

Not so long a go, a young man drowned in the La Palisse Nyandugu  swimming pool and died shortly upon arrival at hospital.

This happened shortly after a 14 year old allegedlyt drowned in a swimming pool at Umubano Hotel.

Are hotel owners aware that their hotels ought to have round the clock safety measures?
