Allow me to express my concern through your newspaper regarding the exploitation of employees. Whereas some employers have good policies, others keep harassing their staff.

Some employers use workers without due regard to the laws and procedures. And, without strong labour organisations, employees are left to suffer.

Organisations charged with ensuring the welfare of workers should set up report mechanisms to ensure that complaints are brought forward and addressed accordingly.
