I was delighted to read your editorial in yesterday’s issue of The Newtimes titled " Move to promote domestic tourism commendable”

Kudos to RDB for launching an interesting domestic tourism campaign under the theme  " Tourism - it begins with YOU.

"  During my visit to Rwanda last month, I met so many people who had not yet experienced the great and new tourist attraction, the "Canopy Walk” .

I would strongly recommend this to one and all, living in different parts of the country.

Rwandan tourism puts in tremendous amount of efforts and research into the designing of new and interesting tourism products and services.

The local community would do well to take advantage of the facilities available.

I do believe that key stakeholders in the sector especially hotel owners would proactively market their facilities to the local community with special and attractive offers.
