Good began her career at the age of four and has appeared in numerous commercials, television shows, feature films, and music videos.
She completed her high school studies, she had been home schooled due to her frequent acting commitments.
In 1998, she was nominated as Young Star Awards Best Performance by a Young Actress in a Drama Film Eve’s Bayou. In 2005, she was nominated as the ‘Black Movie Awards Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role’ for D.E.B.S.
In 2007, she was nominated the ‘MTV Movie Awards Best Kiss’ for Stomp the Yard. Good currently lives in Studio City, California.
Although she was not raised in the church, Good considers herself to be a very spiritual person, and has stated in numerous interviews that she will not do roles that she feels might "disappoint God.” She is now a judge on Oxygen’s ‘Dance Your Ass Off’.
