I am a fresh graduate who is looking for a job. On several occasions, I have applied for jobs advertised in news papers but I never get feedback from the employers even after submitting all necessary information including contact details.

It is very frustrating if the organisations we submit to do not give us any feedback. Besides, courtesy,  demonstrates professionalism on the part of the organisation when one gets feedback.
