She loved the flowers.

Last Saturday, I attend a traditional wedding (Gusaba), in Kanombe. I met a pretty and brilliant girl called Keza. She is a student at Alpha Community Academy. She is seven years old and lives with her mother.

Keza was very smart and looked gorgeous in her pink top and black leggings. Keza’s hair was neat and made her look elegant.

When Keza saw me, she could not hold back, she slowly sneaked away from the cue of people who were serving food and hugged me. I hugged and showered her with a lot of kisses and asked her who she had come with to the party.

Keza said that she had come with her mother. She informed me that she knew both the bride and the bride’s mother.

On this wedding day, Keza admired the decorations, chairs, flowers and the traditional dance. She also enjoyed the food and drinks. She especially fancied eating meat, bananas, rice and chips. Her favorite drink was Fanta orange.

Since all that glitters is not gold, Keza said that she did not like the colours used to decorate because her favorite colours are, pink and blue. Any decoration that has either blue or pink is excellent in her eyes.

I asked Keza whether it was her mother who had chosen her outfit. She said it was her choice to wear her pink top and black leggings for the party.
