It seems like some individuals still need education on the vision 2020. On the streets of Kigali and the other parts of Rwanda, at least almost everyone has heard about this vision but most people think that it will just happen any how without having any contribution to it.

People should know that this is every ones concern and we have to work hard to make things happen other than thinking that it is just the work of government.

Government is like a company which is charged with putting in place goals and objectives and even communicate them to the employees. Employees therefore work to achieve those set targets.

We are the employees and thus our responsibility to play our role effectively for the country to achieve its targets by 2020.
