Eugene Cobra, the proprietor of Cadillac nightclub and Cobra Production, on Wednesday announced the revamp of the nightclub.
"I have bought standard music facilities and lighting system. We also renovated the interior of the nightclub, with new carpets and air-conditions,” Cobra said.
Speaking at a press conference at Mama Africa Restaurant on Wednesday, Cobra said that the German mark stage equipment is 15-11 metres.
"We are also working on a V.I.P section that will be above the ordinary section. We have also set up strict rules including the dress code in the club, whereby shabby people and young adults would not be allowed in the club,” he added.
Cobra noted: "Now that we have a standard and excellent music equipment, Rwandans would probably stop wasting their money hiring them from other countries, where they get them at a higher cost.”
Also present at the function was, Marty Jones, a Canadian professional and experienced sound engineer, who will be working for Cobra.
In addition to the music equipment, Cobra has also added a Children’s game park that would be launched soon.
He further announced that local artistes would also benefit from the music facilities. A well known figure within Rwanda’s entertainment scene, Cobra is a musician, promoter and entrepreneur.
