Rossette Mutoni, 26 years says that funky hats with flower accessories on them are also on vogue right now.
She says these make one look hot and are perfect for parties, picnics and beach outings. Mutoni says summer flower dresses are timeless and advises every girl to have at least three of them in different colours.
