The last remaining trio of professional players- Mao Kalisa, Labama Bokata and France based Elias Uzamukunda are expected to join camp today according to coach Sellas Tetteh.
The trio were originally expected to have joined camp yesterday but are understood to have got flight problems.
"Tomorrow (Today), we shall have a full House,” Tetteh told this paper yesterday referring to the remaining players that join camp today.
Amavubi will be without three players that were in the team that lost 3-1 to Burundi. Jean Baptist Mugiraneza is suspended; Mbuyu Twite snubbed calls-up to the team while Olivier Karekezi was not called up.
However Tetteh will be boosted by the return of APR winger Iranzi Jean Claude, who was instrumental in Amavubi’s only win of Group H when they beat Burundi 3-1 in March.
Ivory Coast delegation will jet in the country Thursday afternoon. The Elephants will be based at Hotel Umubano.
Meanwhile, the must win tie for Rwanda will be officiated by Egyptians referees-Grisha Gihed,Hassan Sherif and Dori Abd el Salam Tamer. The trio is expected in the country tomorrow.
Elsewhere, left back Abouba Sibomana and midfielder Andrew Buteera are likely to shake off their nagging injuries in time for the crunch tie, the National team doctor Nuhu Asuman told Times Sport yesterday.
"It looks like they will be okay for the match, especially Buteera who is improving well,” Asuman said.
According to Asuman, Sibomana’s injury has taken long to heal because he is fasting during the Muslims’ month, which ends on Tuesday.
