A letter to Aunty Chaka

Dear readers of the Children Times Magazine, in today’s letters, children are going to tell us how they spent their holidays. My name is Nana Kamikazi. During the holidays, I went to my brothers house and had fun with the babies. On Sundays we go for prayers at church.  I had time to revise my books and visit friends.  Lastly, I helped my mother with domestic duties like sweeping and washing plates.

My name is Lillian Keza and I am happy and busy studying. During my holidays I washed dishes, mopped and swept the house, laid my bed, washed clothes and went to Expo 2011.

My name is Esther Agatesi. During my holidays I went to visit my uncle. While there, I ate meat, rice, chapatti and drunk a lot of juice. I also had time to do my holiday work and revise my books. God bless you uncle for taking care of me during the holiday.

Kevine Uwimpuhwe is my name. For sure I did not do much in the holidays. What I did was to eat a lot of food, play and read my books. What excited me most was my birthday which was celebrated at home.
