Taxis should extent working hours

I would like to urge taxi operators to extend their working hours to cope with the rate of urbanisation.

I would like to urge taxi operators to extend their working hours to cope with the rate of urbanisation.

It’s really rare in the 21 century to find a multitude of people stranded in the middle of a city while some Atraco branded taxis go by without any passengers.

This has an impact on the activities of the city that is working its way into the active days and nights of the time.

A prolonged circulation of taxis around the Kigali will assure more hours of working for progress.

Like other cities in this century, Kigali should have night activities and this will help in its development.

However, this cannot be possible if there are no means of transport all through.

Atraco, which is the only public taxi operator, should be committed to serving the people until the city is left with no one moving.

Please help the little and middle income earners, not all of us can afford special hire taxis every night yet some of us work beyond 10:00 o’clock in the night.
